Are my carpets going to be soaked? Most carpet cleaners don't use powerful truck mounts and because of that, they leave your carpets soaked, sometimes for days!

Do you do estimates on weekends? Yes, we do estimates on weekends, and also late evenings.
Can you install my flooring in a weekend ? Yes we can ...depending on the size of job can be done on a weekend or in other cases commercial work can be completed during evenings if preferred.
I would like to replace my carpet only and re use the same pad. Can you still install it? Yes! We have installed many customers' carpets that have used the old pad. One thing we recommend is that we can apply an inexpensive enzyme to the pad to help with old odors or stains.
Do you replace the carpet tack strip? Replacing the tack strip is not recommended in most cases if it's in good shape. Carpet tack strip that is damaged is replaced. If the tack strip is attached to concrete and it breaks this could chip or break your concrete making the new one to not hold on so well. In the cases when the tack strip has been removed we have to liquid nail the tack strip in place, and then wait 24 hours to dry. We would then come the following day to install the carpet. These are additional labor costs.
Can you seal my subfloor? I had pets that had accidents and would like have it sealed before the installation. Yes if you have had pets that have had accidents the best time to do that is before the installation. Urine smell can be stronger during summer when is hot or when the heater is turned on in winter. Our crew can seal your floor and by utilizing our special air movers, your newly sealed subfoor can be dried in minutes not hours, without putting your installation in hold. These are additional labor costs.
